Elle O'Flaherty, JD, PCC, CCSP, ACCG, CPRW
Co-Founder
Elle O’Flaherty is a nationally recognized speaker and coach specializing in the intersection of performance, development, and workplace inclusion, particularly for adults with ADHD. She helps high-achievers harness their strengths and overcome challenges.
Elle has delivered trainings and guidance to Fortune 500 companies and global law firms on professional skills, inclusive management techniques, and creating neurodiverse-friendly workplaces.
Elle is a pioneer in neurodiverse workforce development. She created the first ADHD career strategist certification to help career professionals better serve diverse populations. Elle's work has been featured by CBS News, Yahoo Finance, Medium, and on national leadership and professional development podcasts.
A former federal litigator and trade negotiator for nearly 20 years, Elle holds a J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law and a B.S. in Journalism from James Madison University.
Robyn Sotolov, ACC, MA
Co-Founder
Robyn Sotolov is an executive coach and curriculum designer, specializing in early-career development, values-based leadership, and career transitions. Robyn helps her clients clarify their goals, build confidence, and lead with purpose.
Robyn brings over 16 years of experience in professional leadership, including having trained over 3,000 people, while working for OpenAI, Tesla, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the U.S. Department of State. She designed and launched OpenAI’s first company-wide mentoring program for women and nonbinary employees. The program used grassroots organizing to improve inclusion and retention of early- and mid-career employees.
Robyn crafts practical, engaging course content rooted in empathy and real-world experience that brings out the best in her students; skills she honed as an instructor and course director in the CIA’s Career Analyst Program, and as the creator and program manager for Tesla's information security training initiative for interns.
Robyn holds a Master’s in Security and Conflict Resolution from The George Washington University and a BA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
